Roofing type, condition and age; flashings and gutter systems. Attic areas, insulation type and ventilation.
Chimney & Fireplaces
General inspection of fireplace components and exterior chimney components.
Plumbing Systems
Potable water system, water heaters, water lines, drain lines, gas meter and gas pipes.
Electrical System
Electrical system amperage, grounding, outlets, lighting and wiring.
HVAC Systems
Identify type of system(s); test both heating and cooling systems.
Interior Areas
All interior surfaces, doors, windows, cabinets and fixtures.
Parking Areas
Garage/carport and driveway.
Pool (if applicable)
General inspection of pool and spa components.
